I love your products. Can I get a discount on a second order?
Thank you for your kind words! We'll notify you when we have special promotions. We recommend purchasing items you love when you see them, as our handcrafted pieces often sell out quickly.


I haven't received my order yet. Can you give me an update?
As noted on our site and in your confirmation emails, delivery times for "free + shipping" items are between 30-40 days because they come from abroad via economical shipping methods. All other items typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. If it's been over 40 days since you placed your order, please submit a ticket to our support desk by clicking here.


I never received an order confirmation email. Can you help me out?
Please first check your spam folder or search your inbox for an email from Elisa Bianca. If you don't see one, you may have entered your email address incorrectly during checkout. Please submit a support ticket by clicking here, and we'll update your email address and resend your confirmation.


Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry, but we cannot process cancellations at this time. We're developing an improved cancellation system that will be available in the coming months.


Can I update my shipping address?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by submitting a ticket here, we can update your address. After 24 hours, address changes are no longer possible as your order enters our fulfillment process.


I never received my order. Help!
We're sorry to hear this. If it's been over 30 days since you placed your order (our maximum delivery timeframe), please submit a support ticket by clicking here. We'll investigate the status of your order and resend it promptly, no questions asked.


My order arrived damaged.
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit. If this has happened, please submit a support ticket by clicking here with photos of the damaged item, and we'll make it right for you.


I have received only part of my order. Where are my other items?
As noted on our shipping page and in your confirmation emails, we source our materials from artisans worldwide. If you purchased multiple items, they will likely arrive in separate packages at different times. Please allow the full delivery window for all pieces to arrive.


Is it safe to process payments through your site?
Absolutely. We use Stripe and PayPal, the leading international payment processors, to handle all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely, and we never have access to your complete credit card details. Your financial security is our priority.
